We will file a claim with the shipping company and then send out areplacement item within 24 hours (M-F) to you. Instead of waitingfor the shipping company to complete their investigation, we shipyour replacement out ahead of time. Our team will handle theclaim and work directly with the shipping. The shipping companywill proceed with their investigation as usual and may contactyou for additional details.

If you do NOT purchase the Shipping insurance
We will start a claim with the shipping company and start an inhouse investigation, We require 3 business days (M-F) to conductan in house investigation. lf you are concerned about theft.please purchase the Shipping Protection or use a shippingaddress to a business or other safe place. We are not responsiblefor lost,stolen, damaged or mis-delivered packages.
